Register for Residential Supply

To apply for energy and/or water supply to your property, please complete this application form and pay the applicable bond and connection fee. The bond and connection fee for your building will be confirmed as you complete this form.  Please contact us if you require a copy of our current energy and water pricing schedule.

Please note:  Incomplete online forms cannot be processed. Your completed form and payment must be received by our office before 12 noon during normal business hours for same day connection. Normal business hours are 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.  

After hours connections (weekdays 4.30pm – 8pm, weekends  9am – 5pm) will incur a $150.00 fee.  To arrange an after hours connection, please complete this form, then contact us on 0800 379 674 to confirm a time.

Connections on Public Holidays will incur a $250.00 fee. To arrange a connection on a Public Holiday, please complete this form, then contact us on 0800 379 674 to confirm a time.
